Subscription has expired message when trying to convert word document to pdf

Ik kocht en betaalde 60,49 € op 12 juni 2016 voor een abonnement Adobe PDF jaarlijks. De volgende betaling dient te gebeuren op 12 juni 2017. Als ik een Word-doc wil convertren naar een Adobe PDF, waarmee ik voorheen geen probleem had, lukt dit niet en krijg ik de melding "uw proefperiode is verlopen en klik op ok om uw nieuw abonnement te kopen". Dit kan toch niet. Wat doe ik verkeerd en wat moet ik doen ?

I bought a subscription for ADOBE PDF pack annual  on 12 June 2016 and payed for one year.When I try to convert a Word-document to a Adobe PDF, it does't work anymore and I receive a message that my subscription is expired. It isn't correct. What can i do or what I have to do ?
