Hi jakek,
Sorry for the delay in response to your query.
There seems to be some temporary issue with the site, as this has not been reported by any other user and neither the issue is reproducible at our end. The link that you have shared above is redirecting to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
We request you to delete the cache and cookies of the web browser or check with a different one.
Or if you are using any antivirus, please disable it for a while for testing purpose.
[Antivirus software can help protect your computer against viruses and other security threats. In most cases, you shouldn't disable your antivirus software. If you have to temporarily disable it to install or activate other software, you should re-enable it as soon as you're done.]

When any sites show This site can't be reached error it happens most of the times due to dns issues.
It is an easy fix. Just follow this solution to flush dns.
ipconfig /all
ipconfig /flushDNS
ipconfig /renew
netsh int ip set DNS
netsh winsock reset
Lastly, just reset your PC or the device and see if it makes any changes.
