I just want what I paid for. This organization is so busy trying to sell me a product that the product I have purchase is inaccessible to me.  And that's sad.

The record shows that you have an active subscription to  Adobe ExportPDF service on your Adobe ID which you used to sign in on Adobe Forums.

Please use the service through the following URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  sign in to your account with your Adobe ID and password.

If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader, and getting purchase the subscription again, then please sign out from Reader and sign back with your Adobe ID and password.

If the Reader is not installed, you can install it from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

If the issue still persists, please try to use the Export service online on a different browser, or use your Mobile device or an iPad to log in  on https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
