We just purchased a yearly PDF pack, however we realized that we are unable to combine MORE than 12 pdf files into 1 and also cannot seem to organize pages or edit them as needed. What can we do now? What version do we need instead? And can we undo our purchase or transfer it into the right version? Please help. Thank you!

Hello Shannond,

As per the description above, you are not able to combine more than  12 PDF files and not able to organize or edit the PDF pages with the services of Adobe PDFPack, Is that correct?

Adobe PDFPack is an Adobe Document Cloud services. With it, you can easily create, combine, sign, and send PDF files online. You can also convert PDF files into editable Word or Excel files, but you cannot edit the PDF files using the Adobe PDFPack services.

Using Adobe PDFPack, you can combine up to 12 files  at once to PDF. If you need to combine more files, combine them in batches of 12 or fewer to PDF, and then combine those PDF files. But you cannot extract or edit those PDF files.

To edit a PDF or Extract the PDF file, use Adobe Acrobat desktop software. For more information, see the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC: PDF converter, convert PDFs from anywhere.

If you want to subscribe to  Acrobat Pro DC, you can purchase it through Adobe Acrobat Pro DC: PDF converter, convert PDFs from anywhere.

You have to get the current membership canceled to enable the switch. For cancellation, you may refer to Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services  or contact the Adobe support team through  Contact us | Adobe

Feel free to update this discussion in case you need further assistance.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
