Unable to download Adobe Export pdf to new computer.

I downloaded all data to a new laptop. It does not recognize that I have Adobe Export. When I go to Adobe and sign in to my account, it only wants to sell me more products. How do I fix this?

Hi Reuvenf,

Your account information shows that you have subscribed for the Export PDF service.

Export PDF subscription can be access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/  or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

I assume that you have not downloaded the correct application or you might have not been Signed In in the application with correct email.

Make sure that you are "Signing In" using the correct email address under which you have made the purchase and you have installed the correct application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC not the Adobe Acrobat DC.
