Kann leider keine PDF Datei umwandeln z.Bsp. in Word, ich lande immer nur auf der Seite um Veträge abzuschließen, ich habe aber einen Vertrag und ein Konto bis 2019.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe ExportPDF service as you are getting a page to resubscribe the service, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service on your current Adobe ID,  export the PDF file to Word using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

You can also use the free desktop version of Adobe Reader DC to use the service of Adobe ExprotPDF. Just "Sign-in' with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader DC. Download Adobe Reader DC from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
