As per the description above, I can understand that you are facing issue while sending files via Adobe Send, Is that correct?

Please try to send the files from online account https://cloud.acrobat.com/send

  • If you are using the free desktop version of Reader, then please check you have the latest Reader installed, check for any pending updates from Help>Check for updates.
  • If you're using a browser, log out, clear the browser cache, and then log back in.
  • If possible, please delete any previous files which you sent earlier.
