Since some weeks it does not appear the export-pdf function neither when my abobe software is running nor when I am connected and logged and online. So, I have pre-paid the service pdf-export, but I do not receive the service! How can I do to obtain the possibility to export and translate in word format my pdf files?

Hello eugeniod9916414

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe ExportPDF service, Is that correct?

The record shows that you have an active subscription of Adobe ExportPDF on your current Adobe ID. Please try to access the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader, then sign out and sign back in with your Adobe ID once and use the services of Adobe ExportPDF.

For more troubleshooting, you can refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...

To download the Reader DC Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Hope this helps, and let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
