The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service on your current Adobe ID, please try to access the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari and see if this brings any difference.

You can also use the free desktop version of Adobe Reader DC to use the service of Adobe ExportPDF, just "sign-in" with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader DC. To download Adobe Reader DC Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

You may also refer to the following KB doc for more troubleshooting Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud...

Hi Charles,

Sorry for the inconvenience, all the steps shared above are general troubleshooting steps, and as you mentioned, you have tried all the steps, and the issue still persists.

Please try using the services on a different machine through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password with a different network environment like a guest wired/wireless network or mobile hotspot. You can also try to use the service on a mobile device and see if this brings any difference.

Are you not able to export one PDF file or facing issue with all the PDF file? If the issue is with one PDF and file specific, Is it possible to share the PDF file with us so that we can try it at our end? To share the PDF file, refer to How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud
