Unable to use Adobe PDF Export services

Hello,

When I click on connect, I don't get the possibility (window) of choosing my PDF document to be converted in Word. I'm using an iMac, ElCapitan uptodated.

Could you please tell how you are using Adobe PDF Export services , through Reader or by going to https://cloud.acrobat.com/

Are you getting any error message?

Also , try to perform the following steps:

1 -Logout from the Application(Reader),click on your name in the top right corner of the screen and then  click Sign Out, Close Reader.

2- Launch Reader again and login and try to use PDF services.

3- If using https://cloud.acrobat.com/  , click on the top right corner of the screen and click Sign Out , close Web Browser and then try again.

4- Also, try to use another Web Browser to login and check if you are able to use the services.

Let us know about the results.
