Unable to use Adobe PDFPack services.

After login, there is no Create PDF option under the tools tab and there is no "right-hand pane". How do I create a PDF document?

You can also access the services of Adobe PDFPack through the free desktop version of Adobe Reader, sign in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader.

If you already have Adobe Reader and facing the issue, then sign out and sign back in with your Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader and check for any ending updates of Reader from Help menu>Check for updates.

If you want to download Reader, use the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
