Unable to use PDF Pack

I am a subscriber to Adobe PDF pack & pay $75 per year to be able to export PDFs to excel, word, etc. WHY AM I SENT TO A PAGE TO BUY THE SERVICE WHEN I SIMPLY WANT TO GET WHAT I'VE ALREADY PAID FOR??

YES, I'M REALLY PISSED BECAUSE I'VE WASTED NEARLY AN HOUR AND CAN'T EVEN GET TO A WAY TO CHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Jaj2000,

Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused to you.

As mentioned that  you have subscribed for the Adobe PDF Pack but unable to use the service. I assume you are using it through a incorrect application.

Make sure that you have installed Adobe Acrobat Reader DC not Acrobat DC and "Signed In" in the application using your correct email address to use the PDF Pack.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Also, PDF Pack is an online service you can use it on web as well by going on- https://cloud.acrobat.com/

Thank you for the reply.

I had already done everything in your email - as it's my standard practice.

Your email did spur a thought to make sure my email for Adobe login was the same as my office 365 login. It wasn't, so I changed my Adobe login to match office 365 & now everything works seamlessly.

That would be an important detail to not overlook.
