Hallo, habe das Abo abgeschlossen, kann aber keine PDF in Word konvertieren. Werde immer wieder auf die Abo Seite verwiesen....

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to convert a PDF file into Word as the browser is directing you to purchase the subscription, but you have already paid for it, Is that correct?

The record shows that you have an active subscription of Adobe ExportPDF on your current Adobe ID, please try to convert the PDF file to Word through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a different browser like

You can also use the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to use the service of Adobe ExportPDF, just sign in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader, if you want to download the Reader use the URL https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
