I want to use Adobe Export PDF on my new MacBook Air, but I see I have two different e-mail accounts with different passwords. Support papers say to cancel out of iCloud on my old computer and download the file to my new computer to use. Tried that, but I get a message that I'm wiping out iCloud contents.
I'd like to talk with a real person but Contact Support sends me around in a ring and back to where I started. So should I change to passwords on both accounts to the same word? My billing is on the second account for Adobe Export PDF.
