Theproblem is with her PC accessing the necsignature.echosign.com site.
Onceshe initiates a SSO for EchoSign, she is redirected over to EchoSign as she issuppose to be but Internet Explorer is having a problem making the connectionfor some reason.
Do youhave anyone at Adobe who can help look at this issue to figure out what mightbe going on?

Please try to clear the cache and cookies from Internet Explorer and try to login from this link : Sign In — E-signature and E-sign Software Solution — Adobe Document Cloud
If still the issue persists , try using a different browser and check .
