Hi Joacimc,

As per your account information, yes I see that you are a subscriber of Adobe Pdf Pack. In that case you should be able to convert a Word document to PDF.

You may check couple of things-

Make sure that you are using the correct application Adobe Reader DC not the Adobe Acrobat DC.

You are "Signed In" using the correct email address under which you have subscription registered.

You may also check the help document- How to Use Adobe PDF Pack  

Just to ensure that your account is working fine, you may log in online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  and check whether you are experiencing the same problem or not?
