What to do when adobe is crashing when I go to convert pdf to word?

My system Adobe ExportPDF, Annual will no longer export to word and excel from pdf. Now its stopped working and crashing when I use it? My subscription is up to date. I cannot find any contact number to call customer support. Any advice most welcome. Thanks

Sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused. AS per the description above, Adobe Reader is crashing while you are exporting a PDF file to Word or Excel, is that correct?

The record shows that you have an active subscription of Adobe ExportPDF with your current Adobe ID, try exporting the PDF through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

Please check for any pending updates of Adobe Read

Please check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after installing the updates and try exporting the PDF file.
