im having problems reading the document that has been converted from a pdf to a word document . the pictures are all scrambled up and I cant read the documents
Hi Janetb,
Sorry for the delay in response.
As you get the garbled text in the Word document when you export PDF, it seems to be the font issue.
Please try once to copy and paste the text from PDF in Word document.
If you still get the garbled text, it means that the system does not have that font available.
In this case, you may try recreating the PDF from Adobe PDF maker.
If it is a scanned PDF, try to run OCR.
Also, check the document properties.
Open PDF and go to File > Properties.
Try once to export PDF online here https://cloud.acrobat.com/.
Open the link and sign in with your Adobe ID.
Then go to Export PDF and upload the file.
Check if it converts properly.
It would be helpful if you can share the document, so we can check it on our end and provide you the information accordingly.
You can share it either here in the forum reply or in a private message.
To initiate a private message, refer to the steps provided here How Do I Send Private Message
You can share the file using the steps provided here How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud
Hope that information helps.
Let us know if you need any help.
