Could you please confirm how you are trying to send the document? is it directly through the website or are you working on Adobe Reader?

If it is online through http://cloud.acrobat.com/  then try with the different web browser.

Or if you are working on Adobe Reader then please confirm the exact version of the Reader you are working on.

  • Launch Reader> Help> About Adobe Reader, also check for for update (if any available)
  • Reboot the computer and relaunch Reader
