When I log on to access my Adobe Export pdf

Hi I cant access my Adobe exported function. When I try to export a document to excel it says there was a login error

Unfortunately, I can not see any screenshot or any error message shared in the previous message.

As the issue still persist, so we would request you to please refer to the help document-

An error occurred while trying to access the service | unable to connect to PDF services and try the troubleshooting steps suggested.

Let us know if it's still doesn't make any difference. And do let us know the latest on this and if you have managed to find the solution for this problem then please do share your findings.

We would be looking forward for an update on this.

Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused.

Could you please confirm, how exactly you have been trying to export the pdf doc? Is it through web browser https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf  or with the desktop application Adobe Reader DC.

Export PDF subscription can be access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/  or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Make sure that you "Sign In" using the correct email address under which you have made the purchase and you have installed the correct application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC not the Adobe Acrobat DC.

I have been trying to access this through the desktop application. Worked great the first time and then hasn’t worked again since.

I can log in to both web and desktop fine except when I go to export a document.
