Could you please confirm, how exactly you have been trying to export the pdf doc? Is it through web browser https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf or with the desktop application Adobe Reader DC.
Make sure that you "Sign In" using the correct email address under which you have made the purchase and you have installed the correct application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC not the Adobe Acrobat DC.

I have been trying to access this through the desktop application. Worked great the first time and then hasn’t worked again since.
I can log in to both web and desktop fine except when I go to export a document.
