Could you please provide us some more information about the issue.

Where exactly are you trying to sign in to add a signature to the document?

Which Adobe application you are using?

Can you send the screenshot of the error message you get?

To send the screenshot, Click on reply option below. and from the reply box appears,

Select the insert image icon from the reply window that appears.

Click on choose file and then browse the location on your system where you have saved the screenshot file.

Select that file and click on Open. Then click on Insert Image tab below.

We will be waiting for your response.

Please try to open the incognito window on Chrome and use this link https://documents.adobe.com/  to log in to your Adobe Sign account.

Check if you can sign in without any issue.

If you still experience the issue, please share the screenshot of the exact error message you get.

You may refer the steps provided in reply 1 to add the screenshots.
