Why am I unable to sign my signature under Fill & Sign?

My iPad and the Adobe app is updated to the latest software, but I am unable to provide my signature in Fill & Sign. What can I do to be able to sign again using my iPad? How do I solve this problem? Any suggestions will help. Thanks in advance!

Please provide more detail, maybe a screen shot of what the issue is.  What happens when you try to create a new signature?  Are you signed into Fill & Sign?

Yes, we are signed into Fill & Sign. It doesn't allow us to create a

signature. It's only a problem on iPads and not on phones. It is not just

my iPad but also other colleague's iPads. Thanks!

Still please provide detail, what do you mean it does not let you?  What exactly happens?

Also, what model iPad?  Updated to latest iOS version 10.x?
