Yes, according to How to Organize pages in a PDF online you can rotate, delete, move or renumber pages only (I don't know what it means by "renumber").
To extract a copy of a PDF with only certain pages, use Acrobat, or make a copy of the file, then delete the pages you do not want in the copy.

Yes you can do it in Adobe Acrobat easily. Would be nice to see more features in the online service.
One workaround would be to delete the pages you don't want to have and then save the file under a new name.
That will become a bit tedious if you want to extract each page from a 100-page file, though. If you need such editing capabilities then getting Acrobat is really the best solution.
I agree. I have the Adobe Acrobat Pro version but it would nevertheless be nice to have this feature in the browser application ass well.
