Why isn't my paid subscription of Adobe PDF Pack listed in my "order history"?

I have renewed my subscription of Adobe PDF Pack two weeks ago; however, I couldn't find the order in my "order history" to sign in for the new subscription.  When I used the feature of combining files, I was directed to pricing/combine files page to buy the product.  Anyway, after I hit the "subscribe now" button, the message reminds me that I have already paid for this service.  What can I do to use "combining files" feature?
