디지털 서명과 디지털 ID는 다른건가요??

디지털 ID를 생성한 후에 sign 솔루션으로 전자 서명을 요청할떄 [디지털 서명]으로 요청하면

디지털 ID를 통해 서명이 되는것이 아닌가요???

아래 사진과 같이 디지털 ID를 생성하고

아래 사진과 같이 디지털 서명으로 승인을 요청해도

전자 서명을 할때에는 아래 그림과 같은 화면만 나와서 디지털 ID를 통한 서명이 불가합니다..

In Acrobat Sign, when you add the Digital Signature field, please ensure that you assign the field to the recipient. Also, check the digital signature settings as suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4hUk5CM

If the Digital ID is added to Acrobat, ensure that the "Download and Sign with Acrobat" box is enabled. You can add a digital signature using either the Cloud signature or Acrobat. 

 

Please let us know how you send the document to get the digital signature. Are you signing the document yourself or sending it further for signature? It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording for a better understanding.

확인 감사합니다. 

 

지시해주신대로 설정을 변경하였습니다.

그리고 나서 디지털 서명을 재 요청하였고 다음과 같은 안내 메세지가 나와 파일을 다운로드하였습니다.

그런데 다운로드한 파일을 열어보니

다음과 같은 안내 메세지가 나오면서 서명이 진행되지 않습니다. 어크로뱃 앱플리케이션도 이미 설치가 되어있으며, [Adobe Reader]를 설치해보고자 하였으나, 이미 설치완료된 앱이라는 메세지만 나옵니다.

 

확인 부탁드립니다.

Please let us know how you are opening the document. Could you share the screen recording for a better understanding? 

Try launching Acrobat first and then use the following steps to open the file:

- In Acrobat, go to Menu.

- Click on Open and browse the file's location.

Check if that works.
