디지털 서명 진행 절차 문의

디지털 ID를 이용하여 전자 서명을 진행하고자 디지털 서명 설정을 아래와 같이 설정하였습니다. 

이후 디지털 서명을 요청하였고 다음과 같은 안내 메세지가 나와 파일을 다운로드하였습니다.

그런데 다운로드한 파일을 열어보니 

다음과 같은 안내 메세지가 나오면서 서명이 진행되지 않습니다. 어크로뱃 앱플리케이션도 이미 설치가 되어있으며, [Adobe Reader]를 설치해보고자 하였으나, 이미 설치완료된 앱이라는 메세지만 나옵니다.

어떻게 해야 하나요??

Please open the document directly in the application. Launch Acrobat and go to Menu > Open > File location. Refer to the information in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4i0jOhE. Check if that helps.

그런데 왜 위에서 알려주신 방법으로만 파일을 열어야 하는것인가요???
