Hello,

I would like my client to be able to attach a bank transfer receipt converted to PDF with the contract he is returning and signing via Adobe Acrobat Sign. Is this possible? And if so, how do he proceed?

Thank you

Serth

Hi

Thank you for reaching out.

If you are trying to get a file attached by the recipient to the document sending for signature, you may add a File attachment field.

The option "File attachment" is available under More options on the Preview & Add Signature page. However, the feature is not available with all the Acrobat Sign accounts.

For more information on the field type in Acrobat Sign, refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/field-types.html.

Hi Meenaskshi,

Thank you very much for your answer.

I am glad to know that there is a possibility with the creation of a form field for attachment.

I will test this possibility and give you feedback when it is done.

With my best regards
Serth
