Access to a cancelled document after it has been signed by one party.

A document was circulated for signature to four parties before it was completed, and the first party signed it.  Before the second party signed it, I realized what had happened and cancelled the document.  My question is this: will the second party (and/or the 3rd and 4th parties) have access to that cancelled document which contained the first party's signature?  Obviously, I would like to avoid this occurance, so any help about mitigating the problem would be appreciated.  Thank you.
