Accessing DC Library from e-Sign

New Here ,
Jul 11, 2015 Jul 11, 2015

I have a subscription for Adobe DC Pro.  When in Echosign, is there a way to send a file for signature that is located in my Document Cloud?  I would expect there to be access through the Echosign Library drop down menu, but all I see are 3 HR files.  Thanks.

Hello Mini,

If you have uploaded a template in your E-Sign account by logging into it through online web portal:

secure.echosign.com/public/login

Then, it will be shown under your Send tab when you click "Upload from Document Library". Also, you can view your uploaded templates by going to Manage tab and scrolling down to library templates.

Hi Mini,

There is no option to access the document cloud files from the EchoSign unless you upload them.

Alternatively you can use Acrobat DC and select the file and send for Signature using EchoSign.

Regards,

Rave
