In Human Resources, we have many document that we need to send to employees. Some of these documents require a signature and some documents, we just need to show that the document was sent and potentially read by an employee.
Often these 2 types of documents (signature required and information only/no signature required) are needing to be sent at the same time to many employees.
I chatted with your support staff and they informed me that I cannot use MegaSign to send information only documents. This creates significant work and increases the challenge for ensuring compliance by not allowing MegaSign to send both signature required and information only documents to employees, at the same time.
Please add to your product road map, the ability for MegaSign to send documents regardless of whether a signature is required. Information only documents are very important for helping a company stay in compliance.
