Hello
I am unable to login with my Adobe Sign Account, and when I try to reset my password, I get an e-mail that says my account has been deactivated and that I need to contact my Adobe Sign account admin for assistance. No idea who that is, or how to contact them. Any ideas?

Did you get an answer to this as i am now having the same issue but because i cant sign in, i cant chat with Adobe to resolve!

Are you using an enterprise account?
If so, then you should contact your colleagues who manage the company's Adobe Sign accounts.
