Recently an employee at adobe suggested my company upgrade to a teams account. I use adobe sign daily sending out contracts for sales reps. Since the upgrade to a teams account I can no longer access documents on the app within my phone (tried deleting it and re installing). Made sure I was in the teams account not personal. Have also sent docs since the change that aren't there.
I used this mainly to track if a customer viewed a doc, send reminders and replace a signer if I was given a bad email. I occasionally use it on the go to send the docs for signature.
I find there is no other easy way with adobe sign to replace a signer.
have been dealing with adobe and not gettting anywhere.
Thank you for reaching out.
If you do not receive the final copy of the document once you sign it, please check with the sender. It might be possible that the sender has turned off the settings.
You may check the documents under the Completed folder under the Agreements or Manage tab. For more information, refer to the information in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3XPHvlI.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

we haven't upgraded or changed anything. As of yesterday I can only view the 5 most recent contracts through the app. The old contracts are available through desktop log in but not the app. I've chatted with adobe and been told the app is not supported only the desktop. Would like to know why this is occuring.

This is VERY FRUSTRATING. I have signed 3 adobe contracts in 1 day and didn't receive ANY of them as signed. Clearly, they have a serious software defect that is quite frustrating. In my case, I need PROOF of these being signed to ccontinue moving forward in some legal cases. Yes, ZERO support. Terrible support offered to those of us who need help on a sunday. Unreal! Bad Bad Customer Service!!! What is the deal with Adobe not providing vendors nor customers the signed documents once they are completed??? I need help asap!!!
