Hi All,

Since the Adobe Sign release last week is any one else experiencing issues and getting this error?

Error while retrieving agreement status : Error converting value "SIGNER_NAME_CHANGED_BY_SIGNER" to type 'AdobeSignPlugins.EchoSignModel.Enums+AgreementEventTypeV6'

We have CRM and Adobe Sign integration. I am seeing this error in CRM.

Thanks

Hi Walt,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

As you are using the Adobe Acrobat Sign Integration, I would request you to contact the Acrobat Sign Enterprise team. They will be able to help you with this issue. Please use the steps suggested in the following document to contact the support team: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/adobesign-support-resources.html.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hello, Yes - similar setup using CRM and Adobe Sign integration, and believe this is directly correlated to the June 14-15th release of new webhook. Were you able to receive any solution from the Sign Enterprise support team, or perhaps other resources? Thanks

Hi Thomas A1,

Yes, our dev team got a new solution with a fix. We have an on-premis version of CRM. We had to wait for the on-premis fix to be released.

I believe this new version is available on the Adobe website.
