Is the number of allowed transactions in the Acrobat Sign Solutions for business agreement able to be reduced before the expiration date?

Hi @Office5E1F,
I can't find anything mentioned about reducing the transcation count. I only see the no. of transactions as per the service, see the link below
https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/transaction-limits.html
A question for you is why do you want to reduce the transaction limit, according to the table above you have a set no. of transactions allowed so how would reducing them serve you?
Talking to the support executive might shed some more light on the topic

This is something specifically you would need to discuss with your account team.
I'm not aware of a means to reduce the transactions in the agreement except through our team.

The "support" in our AdobeSign account wouldn't let me submit a ticket. It glitches when I try to type anything into the box to pick a subject/product. I tried resetting and allowing various cookies, turn on pop-ups, etc. No luck there.

The "support" in our AdobeSign account wouldn't let me submit a support ticket because it glitches when I try to type anything into the box to pick a subject, so that is why this question is a forum post.
We have a specific agreement with AdobeSign for a certain number of HIPAA encrypted transactions per year with volume pricing, but we are moving about 80% of document signing services over to a customer service portal next month. I don't believe we can or want to leave AdobeSign entirely, so the question is if the current agreement can be renegotiated in about 2-3 months or if we need to wait until October 2023.

This forum is a user-to-user site, sometimes an Adobe engineer will step in.
When it comes to specific account/contract agreements, there is no advice or suggestions we can give besides contacting Adobe support through your portal.
Do you have a direct contact with the person who you negotiated your original agreement with? If the portal isnt working, you can start with them.

We don't have that information. I'll try logging in using another internet browser, I guess.

If you have the agreement, there should be an Adobe representative listed.
