I am aware that a document which has been signed cannot have any of the field values changed if they were filed out before signature. I am hoping for creative solutions.
We have a form which needs to be filled and signed by the recipient. However, as is common in back-office protocols, we need to include some "HR Only" fields to be completed after signature by the HR team.
Other than including the HR team as a second participant on the form, is there a way to include secondary fields that can be filled out after document signature by anyone? Is there some sort of overlay layer or anything anyone else is familiar with to meet this need?
