Adding an "Amendments" page to signed pdf

I have a signed contract with an artist. We would like to add an amendments page, since the final receiving dates and some of the artwork has changed. How can we add an amendments page to the end of a signed document? I am using the individual plan in adobe sign.

Hi Kenzayla,

It is not possible to make any changes to the already signed document.

If the document is signed, you will not be able to add any page to the main document.

The only option is to recreate the form with the amendments page and send it for signature.
