Adding Supporting Documents To Form.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me. I am trying to add a section where I can gather some supporting documents; as per below: 

 

Adobe Sign can be used to collect supporting documents from signers during signing. During the signing experience, Adobe Sign converts the text tag into a field that the signer can to select to upload a file. The uploaded document(s) are included as part of the signed document and are converted to PDF and attached at the end of the signed agreement after the signing process. Form fields for collecting files from the signer are defined by using the "attachment" directive.

No matter what I have tried, it does not appear to work. I have tried the code in Ariel, in all lower case, just using the test tags throughout the whole document, using the tags without {{ }} within the form fields.  

Am I missing something? Please help.
