Adding users to small business 90-day trial

Hello, I just got off a chat and 2 phone calls with Adobe and have to say this is one of the most miserable free-trials activations I've ever experienced.

Starting the Adobe Sign 90-day free trial for small business was a breeze.  I registered my account and can access the Adobe Sign web portal.  However, I don't have the option to add an additional 8 users to my organization as the free trial indicated.

Nobody I spoke with in the online chat or on the telephone had any idea and said to post here.

I'm simply trying to add additional users to our 90-day free trial for small business.

Is says that the Small Business Trial is for 1 user. If you need more than 1 user, you should sign up for the Adobe Sign enterprise trial which supports up to 10 users for the trial period.
