Adobe Acrobat Esign Signatures and final completed email

When sending a pdf for signatures including the senders, I set up 3 participants on a template.  Using the template, I type in participate 1 and 2, and then me as 3.  These sig fields are noted in the template.

Problem is the final confirmation email that all 3 participates receives after everyone signs the pdf says the send name twice.  As in-

Attached is the final agreement between: Sender, Person1, Sender.  It repeats the sender as if three people signed it and not two.  Although it works fine and just has two sigs, the email makes the end user ask why did it say three people?  It repeats the senders name twice.

Can anyone help with this issue?

thanks

jim

Hi jim_0108,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

It seems that the email shows the names of all the recipients in the list. However, we will check this workflow and let you know if there is any option to change it.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
