Hi, I have raised this with Adobe support via my Account Manager. I suggest you do the same.

Also, I would like to share the workaround I found until it is resolved: if you send a reminder then the email has the link!

Many thanks for the work-around. Works this end too.

OK for sending around internal teams - but not great for sending to customers - doesnt look great.

I'll let you know if i get an answer from Adobe Support.

Happy to share solutions anytime! That's the community spirit 🙂

I have had an update from Adobe support confirming it is a bug and Engineering team is working on it.

Strangely, they can't do a roll back of this new front end update unless reported by Enterprise customers - I don't qualify as I only have 34 lics 😞

Hence requesting Enterprise Customers to please respond if facing ame issue.

Hi Pradeep,

I would like to tell you that engineering has updated the status and they mentioned that this problem will be fixed in 11.0.1 Adobe Sign Update which is schedule to happen in December 2019.

I apologize for the inconvenience and would like to tell you that till then you can use reminder option as a workaround.

Regards,

Gurjeet Singh

I am now able to grab the URL, so I am able move forward when I cannot click the link to sign! Hoping everyone else is also finding that they have this ability.  I take the link and go to a different browser. Have been doing this for years when clicking doesn't work in the browser I am in.  Good luck!
