Adobe e-signature "send for signature" error on SharePoint 2019 on prem

we have setup a Trail version of  ADOBE ACROBAT PRO  DC and configured it properly after obtaining the integration key and followed the installation steps.I am able to view the ADOBE SIGN in sharepoint ribbon.when i click the "Send For Signature" i received the below mentioned error.

Can you help in this regard???
