Adobe enterprise page limit

Good morning,

I am on an enterprise VIP account and am trying to send a document with 187 pages for e-signature, however, I keep getting an error message saying file is too large. I thought the page limit for enterprise accounts was 500! Please help 🙂

The page limit is 100.  Check this link Understand transaction limits (adobe.com)

The original poster said they have an Enterprise VIP account so they should be within the 500 page limit. I'm also having the same problem as well for one single page even though I have a Enterprise VIP account.

I'm also having the same problem as you for one single page with an Enterprise VIP account. No word from Adobe on this one or from the community.

In your admin console you can create a case directly with Adobe,  Support tab.
