Adobe sign으로 전자 서명을 진행하고 있습니다. 

간혹 sign을 요청하고자 하는 파일의 용량이 큰 경우 서명을 요청하지 못하는 상태가 되는데 

전자 서명 요청을 할 수 있는 파일의 최대 용량을 알고싶습니다. 

또한, 최대 용량을 넘어서더라도 전자 서명을 요청할 수 있는 방법이 있을까요?

There is no direct solution to the issue you are referring to.

However, there are other ways you can get your documents to work. Here are a few steps to try:

• Optimize the PDF in Acrobat Pro before sending

  • Use File > Save as Other > Optimized PDF or Compress PDF.

  • Remove unnecessary images, flatten transparency, and downsample.

• Split the document into smaller parts

  • Break the PDF into logical sections (e.g., Part 1, Part 2).

  • Send them as separate agreements in Acrobat Sign.

• Host large files externally & attach a link

  • Upload the oversized file to SharePoint, OneDrive, Dropbox, or internal storage.

  • Create a shorter PDF “cover agreement” that contains the signing fields and a link to the large supporting file.

  • That way, the signer legally signs the agreement but can still access the large content.
