Adobe Sign - Action required emails

Looking for a way to disable email notification of action required email for Adobe Sign. I intially assumed it was spam not from Adobe. Though after 10 emails today alone it is still spam. 

The question on 2021 says it can be turned off. I haven't even downloaded this or signed into it.

Attached screenshot. No, I am not using Acrobat Sign. I have recieved 38 emails just on Sunday alone.
