I have purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro under my company email. Then my company purhcased an enterprise Adobe Sign. My problem now is, when I signed in AdobeSign product, it takes over my AdobeAcrobatPro license thus I could Sign but I could not convert/Merge my files. My Adobe Sign-in is via an SSO integrated to Adobe, while Acrobat Pro is using my registerd company email. How can I resolve this issue and make both AdobeSign and AcrobatPro (merge and edit) available on My AdobePDF.

We have tried to check the account details via the email address used to sign in on the community page. However, we cannot locate any account.
In order to get this correct, we need to first check the account for both services. Would you mind sharing the Adobe ID or the email address used for both accounts in the private message?
