Hello,
I consistently use the Sign and Send feature in my Acrobat Pro and have not ever had problems with it. I am attempting to send a file for signature in my desktop app. I add myself and then the 2 other people I need to sign the file and then hit sign and send and the page goes blank then nothing happens. The only way I can sign the file is to exit, log into the online version and open it and sign it. It is very inconvenient to have to do this. Can anyone tell me why my desktop version has suddenly stopped working. I do not want to work in the online version as it is more complicated than the desktop version.

@Sonnie271924127rbl While it's always a good idea to check the Adobe System Status page at status.adobe.com for any ongoing service outages that might affect cloud features like Adobe Sign, a blank page after hitting "Send" in the desktop app often points to a local software glitch or a communication issue between your desktop application and Adobe's online services, rather than a full system outage.
This could be due to a recent update, corrupted program files, a conflict with security software, or a temporary network issue on your end preventing the document from uploading to the Sign service. Trying basic troubleshooting steps like clearning the web browser history, cache and cookies, then restarting Acrobat, checking for updates, or even signing out and back into your Adobe account on the desktop app might resolve it, as these can often clear minor hiccups in the software's connection to the cloud.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.
As the feature does not work on a desktop machine, we suggest using the Acrobat web version until we investigate this issue further.
Please let us know if you have tried sending other documents to check if the feature is working. Share the Acrobat and OS version number on the machine. It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of the workflow used and what happens. If you get any error messages, please share them.
Feel free to let us know if you have any questions or need help.
Thanks,
Meenakshi
