I am not able to integrate Adboe Sign Add-in to our SharePoint Online (O365) site. I follow the instructions as per the installation guide but nothing happens. No package is installed. I tried calling support but they routed me to this forum to post the question here. Any kind of help/insight is appreciated.

I have an Adobe Sign enterprise trial license.

Are you a site admin? have you use the right package from the SP Online store, does your org allow you to install site add-ons.

Yes. I am a SPOnline Admin and my org allows me to install site add-ons. I have used right package/app from SP Online store. I tried it multiple times. I click on "Add-it" button which takes me to confirmation screen and later nothing happens. It takes me back to the SP store and the package is not installed either. Any help is much appreciated.

I can't think of anything that would cause that. What should happen is the add-in is added to your site o nthe SPO server, may be worth checking with MS on this.
