Adobe Sign displaying small text field wrong

When I open the form I created in Acrobat in adobe sign, it messes with the display of some of my smaller text fields. Any suggestions?Screen Shot 2016-06-21 at 2.59.24 PM.png

Please convert the form to an Adobe Sign form through Acrobat & then try replication the issue.
