Adobe sign documents expiration notifications

New Here ,
Jan 10, 2018 Jan 10, 2018

Hello,

Is it possible to enable notifications for the documents expired before being signed?

We are sending document to Adobe sign through an integration process using API. We want to notify all the parties involved when a document is expired just like the one we get signed copy email from Adobe Sign. Is there any setting available in Adobe Sign to enable these notification?

Thanks,

Srini

Hi Srini,

Sorry for the delay in response.

There is no option to send an expiration notification to the signers.

However, when you send a document for signature on which you set the expiration, the expiration date will be mentioned in the email received by the signer.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Meenakshi
