Adobe Sign Error Message when using Outlook (desktop)

New Here ,

Hi,

We use Adobe sign with our University's Office 365 (Outlook) account and have tried to install the app on our desktop Outlook software.  The online Adobe Sign app works fine.  When trying to use the Adobe Sign app with our installed Outlook software (during the first step of trying to "establish the authenticated relationship" (Adobe Sign for Microsoft - Outlook Add-in ), we get the following error message:  Adobe Sign is not supported on Internet Explorer 10 and versions prior to that. Please use Internet Explorer 11 and above to use Adobe Sign.

  • This happens no matter which one of the supported browsers are set as the default for Outlook
  • Yes, our IE version is 11
  • All of the recommended trusted sites have been set

Any suggestions?  Can anyone else test this and see if you are getting the same error?

Thanks much,

Jan

I also faced that kind of issue when I was using outlook 16 for adobe sign. I was unable to register the adobe account because  I had seen a pop message on the computer screen, that is outlook error 0x800ccc0e gmail. Could you give me some solution so that I can fix it?
